Reading the reviews on our Google profile, the same points keep coming back: fresh sushi, generous portions, warm service and the feeling that everything is cooked on site. That is no accident. The fish is delivered fresh, the vinegared rice is cooked during the day, sushi is cut to order and hot dishes hit the wok the moment they are ordered.

One counter, one family, twenty years of craft.
Vincent runs the counter after twenty years behind a board. It shows on the plate: a nigiri with taut, uncrushed flesh, a maki that holds without being over-tightened, a california roll where every ingredient stays recognisable. Alongside him, a restaurateur family cooks Vietnamese and Thai: bo bun, pho, pad thai, beef Loc Lac.
Two things people often check before coming: the meats served are halal, chicken or beef, and there is no pork on the menu. Dishes without meat or fish are not an afterthought: vegetarian gyoza, tofu pad thai, avocado or cucumber maki, edamame and the Veggies platter.
Opened in November 2025 at 2 avenue d'Évian, Sushi & Nem brings together the Vietnamese and Thai cooking of a restaurateur family and a sushi counter under one roof.
